FAQ's

Do you have the right parts for my professional audio equipment?

Yes! We are a preferred service center that is able to purchase original parts for BSS, Crown, and JBL models. If your equipment is no longer serviced by HARMAN, we will have the parts you need. This includes parts for Crown CTs series amplifiers, BSS BLU / Soundweb Green processors, and JBL Pro DrivePacks.

Why doesn’t HARMAN service my equipment anymore?

There are a number of factors that go into deciding whether a model is end-of-service. If HARMAN is no longer servicing your model, they have trusted us to work with their clients, and will refer you directly to us.

Which models do you repair and service?

We work on end-of-service HARMAN models BSS, Crown, JBL, and Soundcraft. Head to Repairs to see the full list of model numbers we repair and service.

How long will you take to fix my equipment?
On average, we can repair and service your equipment and send it back to you within a week to ten days.
Can you receive large shipments sent on pallets?
Yes. We regularly receive shipments from our clients on pallets with 20-50 items per order. Please contact us to discuss shipping details.
Do you offer a guarantee on your repairs?
Absolutely. We stand by our work. In addition to guaranteeing the repair, we offer a 90-day warranty as well.
